What We Believe
Our beliefs are rooted in the truth of Scripture and the historic teachings of the Christian faith. These doctrines guide our worship, our mission, and our daily walk with Christ.
Our Doctrine
Core Beliefs
The following statements summarize the biblical convictions that shape our faith and practice as a church.
God
There is one living and true God who exists eternally as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is all-powerful, all-knowing, perfectly holy, and worthy of our love, reverence, and obedience.
Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God who became man, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose from the dead, and now reigns as Lord and Mediator between God and humanity.
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, brings people to salvation in Christ, dwells in believers, and empowers them to grow in holiness and serve the church.
Scripture
The Bible is the inspired Word of God and His perfect revelation to humanity. It is completely true and trustworthy and serves as the final authority for faith and life.
Salvation
Salvation is the redemption of the whole person and is offered freely to all who place their faith in Jesus Christ. Through His death and resurrection, believers are forgiven of sin and made new in Him.
Salvation includes regeneration, justification, sanctification, and glorification. It is entirely the work of God's grace and is received by faith in Christ.
The Church
The church is a local congregation of baptized believers united in fellowship, worship, and mission. The church exists to proclaim the gospel and make disciples of all nations.
Baptism & The Lord’s Supper
Christian baptism is the immersion of a believer in water symbolizing faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The Lord’s Supper is a symbolic act remembering Christ’s sacrifice and anticipating His return.
